This cementing plug uses reinforced locking teeth built into the plugs. Plugs are locked together between plug and float equipment to eliminate the rotation of the plug during drill-out.
Cementing Plug

The body of the cementing plug is made using a plastic core which prohibits aluminum and a large mass of rubber found in conventional cementing plugs. The operating range of temperature for a non rotating cementing plug is 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, plugs can be ordered for higher operating temperatures and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids. These plugs are completely PDC drillable.
