Electric winch is composed ofelectric motor,couplings,brakes,gearbox and drum,jointly mounted on the frame.For the case  of  liting  height  and  large  work  of  loading  frequently,which  has  good  speed  performance  and  make  empty  hook  decline rapidly.Besides,using  a  smaller  speed  for  installation  seated  or  sensitive  materials.Hoist  can  be  used  alone,also  can  be  used as  a  component  of  lifting  machinery,road  construction  or  mine  hoist,which  widely  used  with  simple  operation,roping  large,  easy  displacement  and   mainly   used   for  drag   down   orflat  of  materials   in   constrution,water   conservancy,forestry,mining,port and  so  on.

Attention  to  the   useof  electric  hoists:

1.wire rope on the cylinder should be arranged neatly,if  overlapping   and  oblique  winding   is  found, it  should  stopand   rearrange.It   is  strictly  forbidden to step on the wire  rope with  hands and feet  in the rotation.Wire   rope   should    not   be fully    released,  less  should  be  retained  three  laps.

2.the  wire  rope  is not allowed to knot,twist  around, in a  pitch  breakmore  than   10%, should  be replaced. Drop  the  delivery.

3.At the end of the operation,the trayshall be landed  and  the  electric  box  shall  be  closed.

4.Overloading  is  strictly  prohibited.that  is, exceeding  the  large  bearing  tonnage.
