Short  catch  releasing  overshot  is  mainly  used  for  catching  tubing,drill  pipe,sucker  rod body and crossover which sticking point is close to fish top end,or fish top end has a small length above coupling,generally the fish top end can be caught when it expose more than 50mm.Short  catch  releasing  overshot  has  the  characteristics  of  small  in  size,low  cost, reasonable structure design,convenient use and wide application,meanwhile when it works in excessive torque condition,it can prevent overshot self-locking,so it effectively improve the success rate of fishing,which also improves the efficiency of fishing operations.
